    Yesterday I edged without ejaculation, and it felt awful. Here is my analysis on how I got from feeling horny to relapse:

    Feeling horny (many reasons) -- Urge to search porn -- Boner -- Hands in the pants -- Masturbate -- Search up porn -- Masturbate/edge (I personally keep masturbation session short) -- relapse

    Since I couldn't stop feeling horny and a boner when I was horny, the only way to end this to keep my hands out of the pants.

    New Ground Rules:
    - Hardmode PMO
    - No searching porn (just searching it, doesn't look at images)
    - No touching cock more than 5 seconds (even when showering/urinating)


    Strategy to stop feeling horny:

    - Do nothing (haven't tried)
    - Play games (distraction)

    (cold shower and exercise doesn't apply)

    Are there any more ways that you can stop feeling horny other than the few methods I've mentioned?
