Guilt

    I still feel really guilty about spending over £180 on phone sex. I’ve stopped and no longer do it but the guilt is still with me. I could have used that money for something else and it annoys me because I worked hard and it all just went away

    you cant change the past but you can alter your present so the future outcome is different.
    Dont feel guilt about the past, when you cant change it, makes no sense.
    Learn from mistakes, adjust accordingly, feel proud for the results afterwards.
