Yes, you can condition yourself to look at their faces. With time, I think the arousal should die down. That said, don't beat yourself up for noticing attractive men. It's more common than most men would like to admit. And eye tracking studies have confirmed that yes, many men do have a curiosity about other guys packages. I linked one of the earliest because it's amusing: media/advertisement researchers were looking for the best location for ads on webpages, and unexpectedly found how men will check out groins on photos, but women do not.
