Hey guys, got a question for all of y'all.

Will NoFap help restore a thinning hairline? I am 21 and just noticing my hairline changing slightly. I have heard that because of hormones being so out of whack it can effect your hair. Is this true? Is there hope in saving my hair, or am I doomed?
 
A guy just posted a thread yesterday in the Rebooting section about the hair regrowth he's experienced since getting away from PMO.

I think it is entirely possible that PMO use leads to hair loss, as it can lead to greater levels of stress, which is a known cause of hair loss. So yeah, I'd definitely recommend avoiding PMO for the potential hair regrowth. Of course, even if it doesn't come back, it's much better to be bald and PMO-free than bald and addicted.
