I am doing good for the past 2 days.
But I don't know if it is due to bad humid weather, I am feeling very low today.
My core problem is, which many of my loved ones have said that I back and forth between hyperactive and dull phases.
I easily get high on emotions and I cannot handle my feelings and thoughts when I am in hyperactive phase which I was today. And now I am in a dull phase. I developed a habit nowadays of going to the gym but due to the dull phase now I came back home after 30 minutes of cardio. Don't know how to come out of the dull phase.
I guess it is bipolar disorder. I think that is reason I watch porn,(in my dull phase).
    Any suggestions are welcome.

  2. Meditation is truly something that can and will transform your life. If you are ready, sit in stillness with nothing else in mind for 10 minutes. Focus only on your breath. When a thought appears acknowledge it but then let it go.
    All the best

Practice concentration exercises. Art of manliness had some nice articles on their website about it.

Listen to me you CAN NOT practice semen retention and still live your old life. What do I mean? You need to eat healthy, drink at least 3 litres of water a day, start walking your dog around the block and listen to an audio book. Get lots of sleep, work hard. If you aren’t doing any of these things then you need to take responsibility and say I and my bad habits are why I feel like this.

    Meditation is also necessary

  6. Part of is that you may still believe these emotions are not normal, because when we were young we were told by parents to behave a certain way, not get angry, stop crying, etc.

But truth is all emotions are normal including both positive & negative ones. If you need to express your anger then do it in privacy like when alone in your car driving or outside in nature, it’s not healthy to hold onto that energy.

But we humans have lived many lives on this planet, lived through many negativities and hardships in those lives, and lived through much war and bloodshed, it’s not possible for anyone to be completely happy or calm all the time 24/7, that energy won’t be leaving the planet any time soon.

Once I realized that life became alot better for me.

  8. I think meditation and aerobic exercise are key, and half an hour or cardio is pretty good!
It's ok to visit a doctor or therapist if you think you need it.
    Just keep learning and trying..
