    Hi everyone; my name is israfeel.
    I have struggled with pmo since a very young age. And it kind of scrued my life. I always think i could have been a far better man if i never knew porn.

    Frankly I dont have much hope left to overcome this addiction. Although nofap has lighten up my heart once again. I really appreciate this opportunity and i wish that we can all have a great reboot and a positive change here.
