Has anyone ever had PIED return after a few relapses?

a successful story: at first...long flatine/ then high libido / had sexual intercourse and ejaculation/ back to flatine/ abstained again and repeated the above mentioned steps: every time the flatine was shorter. It makes sense.

 

You can have the same, my friend. Simply show up, give it your all, and you'll get there. No doubt. It will simply work perfectly.

thanks @ItsInTheBag , yes, this time I'm motivated and I wont relapse cause I've studied enough the topic and I would not stand to come back to the day 0 considering there's no other way than abstaining for many months in order to see if something is getting back to normal again

 

Unless you are horrendously physically ill, or suffer from chronic low self-esteem in the sexual department and you can't get over it, your penis will start having a life of its own and you will very much start feeling like a teenager again. I have no interest in giving you false hope or lying to you; on the contrary.

The sad thing is that many aren't willing to put in the required effort and give up too soon. As I was saying, if you treat PMO like you'd treat any mortal danger, with the same seriousness, you are already free. I think NoFap provides the best effort-to-yield ratio of anything someone can do to improve his life.
