Have I relapsed?

    Hello, im a 20 year old guy and only just recently ive managed to tackle my addiction. I havent masturbated for 18 days however I couldn't resist but look at sex cams / nude photos of women on days where I was unmotivated. I never masturbated, however I intentionally got a hard on whenever I would look at these things.. I also had a a wet dream on day 10 however apparently it isnt counted as a relapse. I am noticing many benefits on my journey and i don't want to trick my brain amymore incase I do relapse by accident.. i want to start Hard Mode and I need someone to explain if by any chance I have relapsed by getting a hard on even though I never masturbated or orgasmed ( except from the wet dream) thank you and I hope you have a blessed day.

    You were edging. Your brain already released the dopemine chemicals in the neuroreceptors during the anticipation and build up phase. Just because you don't orgasm doesn't mean your brain isn't affected. You are in denial if you believe you can look at sex cams and nudes and it not count it as a relapse. You are only kidding yourself to please yourself.

    RESET, get honest and quit telling yourself lies. Any time you go for sexy pixels to mood alter, you've relapsed. Your brain is still using this pathway as it's numbing agent. You won't get better.

    Thank you for your anwser. By resetting do you mean reset the counter or completly relapse ? I appriciate the help :)
