After relapse, it's take a couple of days or weeks for me to get motivated for start rebooting again. Some even take months. What should I do to get motivated quickly? Need advice..

I have had the same problem. You need to force yourself to quit immediately after a relapse. Do whatever it takes. After a few days or a week you will get back on track, hopefully.

If you don't want to quit but know you need to then its hopeless. You have to want to quit. With that said when I relapse I will listen to music that gets me pumped up to start again. One of my favorites is Seether- Fine Again. I also will read success stories and read peoples introductions it helps to know that there are people who are were you where when you first got here that needs help.

That's that "abandon ship" mentally after a relapse. It makes it even harder. It's like your demon(addiction) saying,"Oh no. You're not going to put me through this again." It happened to me too.
A good song to listen to after a relapse too is " Ohh Child" by The Five Stairsteps. A promise of a better life for all. I love your recommendation also.

I feel recovery is sorta like a reverse hangover. You pay your pain now and get the fun part later.

Without getting too philosophical and junk about that stuff, I think Bob2132 puts it perfectly. You have to force yourself. We all put off the day we'll stop. Myself I said "ah, it's only one more day, I can do it tomorrow". So you put off that hang over and bask a little more in the more and more diluted pleasure of PMO.

When I can find a way of stringing together words to form the ultimate sentence of recovery for our brains, I will shout it from the roof tops, but until then...

That being said, all the best!
