Yup...I'm only on day 4 and it's been the longest I've been both P and MO free since last June when I was on a family vacation. Just goes to show how I've been in such a bad shape for years. A few days into that vacation I did end up viewing P and MO frequently through my phone in the bathroom and at night when the family was asleep. Once I make it to 7 days it will be the longest I've been PMO free in YEARS. Seriously, probably more than 4 or 5 years. I have been a full blown addict for so long. So far so good. I'm having urges mostly in the morning, and a little bit during the day today, especially the urge to "just peek for a few seconds" but I've been going to nofap sites when that happens. Expressing what I'm feeling on these forums and responding to other posts seems to help. Today I've had a headache throughout the day and last night I had trouble sleeping and kept waking up through the night. I consider even just getting through this weekend without PMO a great accomplishment for myself to be honest. Since my wife typically works weekends it was always an opportunity to binge for several hours on either Sat or Sun (and sometimes both).
