Hey guys, basically I'm now 41 days into my NoFap journey and from Day 1 I said that I would only orgasm when with a lady, so no masturbation and definitely no watching porn.

All good, and then Saturday night I had a second date, went to hers and she cooked me dinner, we sat and watched a film. I already knew that I was going to be staying round hers so had the idea that sex was on the cards. Anyway, all was good first time round, but after that I could not get an erection to save my life. Didn't frustrate me at the time as I'm quite a laid back type of guy and just think "Well these things happen" Even in the morning after a good rest, nothing.

The issue though now is that I've expreienced that orgasm after 39 days I want more, I don't think I'll be seeing this girl again (various reasons) but there is that temptation to head back to the porn. And sex with a female might well be a long way off again.

Just a bit of motivation and advice would be awesome guys, hope you can help :)

P makes you want to go back to it. I was talking to my counsellor and he said that we create a relationship with P in a sense of " it doesn't talk back to you, it doesn't need your affection, it's a one sided relationship and that's why many men go back to it because it's easier to be in a virtual relationship with P than a real woman because with a real woman it takes time and effort to create an amazing relationship. With P it's just waiting for you 24/7 . Something to think about because in the end you don't want to be doing this when you have kids or a wife!

    Stay strong !
