Im having some stress recently and due to it I'm having an urge for some dopamine u know what I mean. i try to fight the urge but need tips on how to fight pmo better during this phase . P.S No stress removing techniques needed as stress will always come in life no matter what we do but ya we can reduce it
Write down your NoFap goals and motivations. Read them when stressed to remind yourself that you're stress only worsens after a relapse. Watch the following video, too. It's really good.
