Yes! This happened to me the first two weeks.

 

Definitely had weird effects like that. Drink water? See sunshine? Do healthy things. Hopefully the rest falls back into balance soon enough.

 

I am in my day 6. Waking up with these headaches for past two days now!

 

yep! I had them a few days ago. I would love to know why we get them, but it's a withdrawal symptom I think. but drink plenty and get lots of sleep. they do pass eventually. probably will get them back too at some point later on.

 

Could be your brain experimenting with chemical balances. Not an expert on this but starting no PMO, I think my brain started switching on and off certain chemicals, and adjusting others. Probably some people get headaches, if it's this. For me I get a slight headache, but most unusually a very strong warm feeling all over, like I'm running a temperature. I like to think of it as everything's going into positive overdrive

So if you've never had a headache like this before, could be no PMO kicking into gear. Get hyped! But if it's just, like, 'staring at a screen sore head', you might be... looking at too many forum posts, like I have

This happened to me the first time I went through the rebooting process. My headaches lasted roughly 2 weeks. I assume it probably is the withdrawal syndrome since your brain is not releasing the amount of dopamine you usually get when you pleasure yourself. It'll take time, but be strong, you can do it!

If the headaches get much worse, don't discard checking with a doctor just in case its something else.
