whats up fellow nofappers so ive noticed ive been getting heart palpitations lately, ive read online that this can be a withdrawal symptom but i was wondering if anyone else has experienced these & know any ways to get rid of em/keep em minimal. im not too worried about it, theyre just annoying & kind of uncomfortable, they occasionally happen throughout the day, im a naturally anxious person & even tho i exercise regularly & eat pretty good i have somewhat high blood pressure, which is weird because my resting heart rate is in the low 50s.. although it might have something to do with me being a cup a day coffee drinker, im 19 btw.. any advice?
I dont think anyone on this website is qualified to give you information about heat palpitations. They might be a symptom of withdrawal, but if they continue you should probably see a doctor.
