Hey Rick, congrats on setting up an account here at nofap we are all striving for the same thing to be free from this compulsive addiction, you have definitely made the right decision coming on here. I would definitely encourage you to engage on here as much as possible get an accountability partner start a journal, try everything to see what works for you, and if you ever feel like you are struggling reach out to the community, people are always willing to help or even just listen. Should you need any support I am always here. I wish you the best as you start out in your journey to beating this addiction.

 

Whats up Rick, I too am looking for more energy and inspiration, constantly really. I stay at home a lot and find myself drawing and meditating to pass the time, distractions are a great way of not going to PMO. It is awesome that you went for 5 days, even more awesome that you created an account! The community here is really cool, kind, and helpful and it's something I'm proud to be a part of.
