My name is Walter Hartwell White. I live in 308, Negra Arroyo La.. Nah I'm just kiddin'. I am a person that want to get rid of both porn and masturbation. Well, I've never been so much addicted to porn really, but I have been addicted to masturbation itself. I was losing a lot of energy because of this bad habits, and in general, my life was getting worse, and now, I'm joining this community in order to save that energy, and get benefits from the NoFap.

I've tried to get rid of this before, but, not with a lot of desire. I mean, I told myself "I am not going to do it, i won't", but after I didn't planned anything and neither got information on the Internet, so I failed many times. But now, I have changed, and I am going to plan this. I have read about the reboot and PMO challenges, and much more in this website. I feel motivated now. I know there will be ups and downs, but, the thing is to keep on. Step by step. Day by day. Focus and endurance.
