But DO NOT trust yourself... DO NOT be alone. Go out do something. Our weakness is trusting in ourselves too much. DO SOMETHING! Don't let porn bring you down!!!

    I can honestly tell you, not worth it. I relapsed today from 22 days, and it feels so bad. Didn't relapse of P or M, but I got O with no warning. Anyways, you're already so high, don't throw away all your hard work.

    Try cold showers, being social, push-ups, or whatever works for you.

    I kept myself together for 5 days of urges with nofap forums panic button. I suggest you try that as well :)
