    struggling a bit I’m at 50 days not sure if flatline but I feel completely deflated. I don’t feel like speaking to any girls at all, but I want to..

    do you think this is the flatline ? I just can’t understand how things will get better.

    im 25, never had a proper gf and been watching P since I was early teens.

    It sounds like you are in flatline for sure.
    I had recurring flatlines at intervals of 30 days, so day 30, 60,90, but they stopped after that.
    Your symptons are entirely in keeping with a typical progression on the nofap journey.
    Keep in mind that your brain is literally rewiring itself, so lots of things are changing and being taken offline temporarily.

    Just keep in mind that all of these feelings are TEMPORARY, they WILL go away, that is certain.
    It seems like it will never change, but it always does, and I speak from personal experience, and that is shared by many others on this site.

    So kudos and respect to you for making the decision to change your life for the better, and just stay on your journey, you will come out stronger on the other side.
