HELP! How do I get back on track?!

    I am struggling hard to get back on track. This entire past week has been a relapse! Started with just an MO, then last night I PMO'd and I did it again this morning. I had about 70 days before I relapsed and I do not want to throw all that effort away! I feel like I'm getting caught back up in the addiction again. I didnt really enjoy the MO a few days ago, didn't get much pleasure out of the PMO last night and yet I did it again this morning. Insanity!! Does anyone have any experience with relapsing after a long streak? How do I get back on track, get focused again? I do not have the motivation of not wanting to mess my streak up anymore. That's one reason I was able to do it this morning so easy. I said hey I don't even have a day right now, what's a few more hours?

    did you start your journey for this? how can you go back to hell if you already know its ill effects?
    grow up man grow up. you've done this and you can do it again..

    I have a hard time understanding why you would MO after 75 days "just kinda to see what would happen". Well, you would M, then you would O, and then you would feel miserable. Or what did you think would happen?

    Obviously, your motivation got lost underway. And that's where you need to pick up. There was a reason you stopped PMO for 75 days, a streak that many others would love to have. Why did you do it? Why did you get that far? Motivation always has a good reason to it. If not, it's a flash in the pan. This reason has to weigh more than you being horny. Otherwise you'll choose PMO over it again. Why do you want to be PMO free?

    The First Few Days are the hardest...You have to Drag yourself through them my friend.Don`t allow a situation where Mo`ing or Pmo is greater than 20%...
    What 79`ner said is correct. Find your motivation, Hell even Become your own motivation.

    seventyniner is right, I think. You need to get back in touch with your first reasons for wanting to recover. Remember how it was and make the decision that you don't want to return to that time again. Then get back to applying those good actions that you used to get to 70+ days. And stay here, keep coming back to this forum!
