No I dont think you have pied. You can't always get erection at will and that too in a public area. You said u were rock hard when you got home. 7 days is not enough to judge. If you are constantly relapsing, you won't get erection either cuz you have no sperm or sexual energy left in you. Random boners will pop after a few months of hardmode reboot.
