    Hi guys!
I have a problem; when I was younger I jerked off a lot, waaay too much and now I've been suffering the consequences.
    I have a death-grip.
As a young little boy back then I had no idea that that non stopping wanking would have any kind of bad consequences. But now when I'm couple of years older I have problem: I don't cum while having sex. First me and my gf thought that it was just because I was nervous or something but then when it kept on happening again and again and again we started to think that sometjing was wrong. Now we have finally found the reason for my odd problem and I feel so bad. I'm angry to myself. How stupid kid I have been.
But now I've come here to get some help so please tell me that it is possible to heal from this!!?? I'm ready to do anything to make my little me work normally.

    Thank you

  2. Just stop PMO and focus on your relationship and healthy sexual life. After years of porn consumption I had problems with reaching orgasm too. After a few months problem was gone. Just relax and remember - every PMO session makes your death-grip stronger, every sex makes it weaker.

So you are saying that if I just dont masturbate and just have sex and relax the death-grip will go away?

That death grip habit is a pain!

  7. There is a big chance you will encounter improvement. I can't promise it to you, though. My advice? Stop PMO, focus on sex and wait a few months. If problem still occur after that then meet sexologist to work on psychological factors too. Usually such problems have underlying psychological cause, not only physical.

I have a similar problem. I was advised by my doctor to (I won't get too graphic) use other ways to pleasure my partner in the bedroom.
