Lets start this off by saying that in a few months I'll become 19 years old. Okay, now that I got this out of the way, cut to the chase; Lately I've been masturbating daily and in excessive amounts. As a result, I've started to feel way less motivated about reading for my exams and socializing. I do not know if this is happening solely due to my masturbation patters but I believe that it has played a major role.
So... I've finally decided to start NoFap in hopes of improving my current situation, I'll be taking the standard road; No masturbation and or porn but having sex is allowed. I've read many FAQs and I can safely say that I am informed about the matter, but since I've got nothing to lose, I'd love to hear some do's and dont's from you guys and girls.

  3. Welcome, coffestain. Good luck with all of this. If it's been daily, you'll benefit from all the extra free time, even aside from the physical and mental aspects!
