    for all my brothers that relapsed recently (I saw many today) or anyone doing NoFap. I could write a paragraph but a picture is worth a thousand words and a video, even more! :cool:

    One of my all time favorite speeches! Just went through my first day without PMO. Definitely had to fight off some thoughts but it was a great day! Thanks to everyone that is part of this group.
