Hi, my name is alfred and im new to this website. Ive realized im a porn addict. I joined last night when i had a compulsion to watch porn and decided to do something more about it than convince myself not to watch it. Ive decided that for the sake of love and for my own mental health and for the sake of mine and my girlfriends quality of life i will quit watching pornography. Ive read alot about it and honestly it seems like a long road and a hard one. But im willing to commit to it 100% and i came here for support and for stories of other peoples triumphs to give myself motivation. Porn almost ruined my relationship with the woman i love and im determined to erase and heal the damage its done to my brain and to my relationship. Any pointers or strategies would be appreciated.
