    Hello everyone,

    I just wanted to take the time to quickly introduce myself.
    I learned about noFap from a video on youtube and the topic was interesting to me.
    I actually started my no PMO without even being on this forum.

    Here is some small information about myself:
    I'm 17 years old and I'm going for the 90 days no PMO. Currently, I'm on day 16.
    I actually have already created a journal where I'm trying to regularly post updates:
