Hello! I am from Chile. I'm almost 26. English is not my first language. I got here through Google :emoji_cross:

I have gone to see different doctors and psychologists in my city because of PIED . They have helped me a bit, but they do not seem to be very updated about pornography. I had to sorta convince them that someone could be a porn-adict. It is amazing for me to find more people who believe and supports me! hope I learn to use the web soon.

For me, watching porn is an issue. First I am undergoing the challenge for 7 days. If I overcome that, I shall set a new and bigger goal.

I gave my smartphone to my sister. And left my computer at my parent's house. It has been quite hard to take attention off from the desire, but I've overcome these days.
 
You're in the right place. It's unfortunate that porn addiction is still not widely recognized, but here there are people who understand what it's like.

Para que sepas, hablo español muy bien, asi que, si te sientes mas comodo hablando en español, me puedes mandar un mensaje. Pero parece que ya haces muy bien con ingles. De todos modos, aqui estaré mí hermano.

hola gonzalo yo también soy de chile y actualmente estoy en mi día 42 de reboot. estoy en la flatline actualmente pero se que es la única manera de recuperarme. los doctores no cachan ni una sobre PIED, es algo más o menos nuevo y como no lo aprenden en la U, es difícil que alguno se haya actualizado al respecto. un abrazo bro! y fuerza
 
hola soy peruano , me da gusto encontrar un foro en español , tengo 19 años , y coincido que la pornografía y la masturbación como adicción, son problemas similares a la adicción a las drogas, espero sigamos ayudándonos en esta comunidad , empecé anteayer.
