I just lost 5.4 percent body fat in a week. Maybe the whole idea of superpowers isn’t so ridiculous after all.
Body fat scanning methods are hilariously inaccurate at times, I wouldn't be so sure about it. (Not taking anything away from your achievement, I know how hard losing bodyfat can be.)
We'll see when I take it again in a week. It's an InBody machine. I've been using it every week for years. It has always made sense. In other words, as my teaching schedule gets intense and I'm not in the gym as much, it creeps up. And, vice versa. I'm off from teaching right now and am hitting the gym every day. The scale agrees. My weight has come down. Perhaps most importantly, I cut all sugar out of my diet. You look like you're at like eight percent body fat and very fit. It would be impossible for you. You have little fat to shed. But, I had crept over 20 percent.
