Figured it's time I did an update. From the title of the post you can figure out the theme.
Had a horrible last few weeks, basically started throwing up after new years. Putting it down to being hungover I did nothing about it. Big fucking mistake!

Long story short, I had severe food poisoning. Spend 2 days in hospital, projectile exploding out of every orifice. Sent back home looking like a skeleton and spent the guts of the week in bed having horrible fever dreams, trying to hold food down.

Anyways with almost nothing to keep me sane except movie re-runs,the internet and unable to be more that 6 feet from a toilet I relapsed. The only reason I didn't feel shitty, was because I couldn't possibly feel any worse.

These last 2 weeks I've been back putting on weight, getting back to work and stuff done. I abandoned my re-boot until I was back on my feet and not feeling like the walking dead.

Yesterday was my first day of my new re-boot, and went great. Was out with friends all day and hadn't a single craving, urge or anything.

    1 down - 89 to go!

Thats good! But dont make these excuses - dont get me wrong here. Once you decided for this journey, you should stick with it no matter what. Thats the thing that makes it so big, you know!

Take it day by day. DOnt look at it as 90 days or any other milestone - just add one more day each day - one minute after minute. Is that sound harsh? NO, minute after minute.

You can and will do it - dont worry believe in yourself. Take all your willpower, all your pride and go fucking beat that beast down!!!

    Good luck!!

It's not an excuse, just an update for myself. I needed to reset the counter after the relapse, and I'm still glad I made it 20 odd days originally. Live and learn.
