How and why should we do nofap? Just check it out!

Hello friends, today I want to share what I leart and experienced and what it taught me.
You cannot simply maintain a longer nofap streak just by taking a decision that I will not masturbate. This is because you take the decision by getting motivated by looking at the benefits of nop fap. As time passes your urge starts to attack you. Many people manage to control the primary urges as the motivation is still on for the first few days. As the time passes your motivation starts to decline. And your brain and the urges start to attack you and you usually fall into the trap.
Hence, nofap should not be just a mere decision it should be a sacrifice that you make in order to do something good for you. And why it should not be as we are sacrificing the most pleading thing that is 'pleasure' which is the ultimate aim of life.
If you put something very important at stake (it can be anything like if I relapse I will not eat my favourite food for a month )your motivation will be more as well as you will always keep reminding yourself that if you relapse now you will lose both the things at the same instance.
If you are new to nafap and if you maintain a few days streak then you will feel a kind of energy is accumulating inside you(which most people feel at 4th week) and if you think that the energy is unbearable you can use this energy to keep yourself motivated.
Just sit for a while and think if you stop spending say 20 mins per day on PMO you will save 28 hours in 90 days. These 26 hours are enough to learn something new or atleast make yourself better or even health by having good sleep.
