How can i get my partner to stop?

I actually did give my hubs an ultimatum. I slept on the couch and told him that he needed to figure this out (I couldn't do it for him) and in the meantime while I sleep on the couch I would figure out what I needed to do as well, for me to be happy bc I also love sex and I was being neglected bc of his PMO habit. He can't have it both ways..it's a healthy sex life w me or a solo one w his computer. I can't and won't compete w pixels. Sex is very important to me. If a man can't respond to me they way he is naturally wired to then that is a problem for me. If he can't get rock hard or finish w me then that makes me feel inadequate and I know I'm not..so why settle? Just my opinion. I love him but I wouldn't have married him if I knew it would have been like this.

 

It depends what tablet and phone he has. The ways of blocking content of each phone and tablet is different. If they were both apple products I could walk you through it if you'd like. Any other product you will have to look up online though.
