How can i stop nightfalls

I began my PMO streak on june 20. I'm just 15 years old male and have a bald spot on my crown area, everything was going good . But suddenly I had a night fall on june 25 and from then i have nightfalls atleast once a week. This reduced my will power. I know night fall is not under our control and it's not masturbation but every time i have nightfall next few days become hairloss zone. I see my hair every where on my laptop, on my towel, on my books. Almost 3 days after nightfall hairloss reduces but the next nightfall kills everything. I want to stop wet dreams resulting to nightfalls. I won't mind if it is a slow process to gradually stop nightfalls or I have an instant fix to stop nightfalls. Has anyone succeeded in stopping nightfalls? Please explain how? You will save my life and hair
