    Hello everybody!
I want to start off by saying that masturbation has ruined my life and I need your help, if you want share you tips and tricks, I need guidance and I m finally willing to listen, please share your experiences about pmo down.
I used to think that a girlfriend or an amazing group of friends or being a top student would eventually help me win over pmo. I used to think that being positive and hippie all the time would make me conquer depression. Ohh man, I was so wrong, it took me 2 years to realize that is impossible to end this addiction by achieving goals. I m inclined to think that even if I would win the lottery tomorrow and I would have 1000 hot models around me I would have sex with some and shoo the others away and at the end of the day I would still watch my porn. I tried a lot of methods from these forum, I tried going to the gym, I tried porn-blockers, I tried willpower, I tried no porn movies were I m allowed to masturbate without watching porn , I tried girls, I tried socializing, I tried achieving small goals. Thus, I need your help , I don't want to sound special by saying that I m a harder case because it's not true everybody here struggles daily and that's great, only the dead may rest we are not allowed yet, we are still breathing and still fighting. I won't stop until I end this addiction even if that means that I will have to live in an eternal inner conflict until I die. Finally, I once again ask you all to share your experiences so far and I hope that by learning from each other we would be able to beat this addiction or die trying.

Not that I am an expert on this, or have a great day count, but sometimes I think that we might almost over-complicate this a bit. Quitting porn is not an action... we are not doing something here. Quitting porn is not an action, it's other things aside from porn.

Maybe not helpful for everyone, but I find I relapse most when I think too much about quitting porn as an action that will be very hard to do. Maybe thinking about it differently will help you.
