Hi guys/girls! So one of my biggest obstacles right now is the feeling mind fog. I feel like I can't concentrate, specially when I'm studying. Its like my mind it's still there but I'm a very distant place. Sometimes I don't know what to do, I just stand there like an asshole not knowing where to start. Don't know if this sounds familiar to any of you. Any advice? I tried mindfulness meditation and it helped a lot.
Maybe your fog is due to your lifestyle choices outside of PMO. If you smoke, drink excessively, or have a processy/sugary/meaty diet, I’m sure that’s where the fog comes from. I gave up eating meat about a year ago and I felt better without realizing I ever felt bad before because it’s just what I assumed was my default feeling. I’m not suggesting you stop eating meat but maybe try to incorporate something “healthier” in your life and see what it does for you.
That's whats known as the Notorious Brain Fog; only goes away after hardmode reboot. Will take about 90 days, longer if you are severely addicted.
