How do I handle urges when bed-ridden?

    Hey, so I'm super sick today and can't even get out of bed. The doing nothing is making it really hard to fight urges as they come. Does anyone have any recommendations?

    Do things in bed that can preoccupy your mind, like read a book. Usually it's a tad easier to resist urges when you're concentrating on something.
