    hey.

i just wanted make post about rebooting because i'm about half way done with mine(based on my gut feeling).
And i was looking for information about how to really know when you are fully rebooted. It's one of those questions that i don't think no one really knows answer to, and lot of people have different opinions about. But i found this cool post that someone said in Reddit that makes so much sense to me and i wanted to share it here too. Also credit to username anewdawn in Reddit for this one.

When you see one of your old triggers and you don't think of porn.

When your bored and then immediately think of something constructive to do.

When you see a hot girl and you walk over to say hi.

When you think 'I can do that' and then do.

When you stare someone down and it makes you laugh.

When you look at others and you can see the mistakes they are making.

When you tell them and they say thanks.

    When people say 'you've changed!'.

When it all just feels right.

So let's say you get rebooted. Then what? Are you gonna PMO? If yes then you should know the time taken to reboot. If no then why do you care? Go for as long as you wish,IMO you should nofap for life

It may be useful to use the rocketship logo. Once you leave the atmosphere of the planet etc. you are not caught by that gravitational pull.

Most of the things you mention towards the end of the post do not require a reboot. You can be addicted to pornography, or in the process of recovery, and still do those things. Do not use your PMO addiction as an excuse for laziness.

  5. This. Even if we relapse occasionally, we should not give up and go all the way.
