How does "death grip" cause ED?

    I'm just trying to understand, how death grip cause desensitization and ED?

    Everything online simply says that it's "too much pressure" on the penis. Okay, but what is the mechanism that causes desensitization? With PIED, it is explained that sheer overstimulation leads to neurochemicals overwhelming the reward center of the brain disrupting healthy homeostasis.

    But in the case of death grip? Is the reward center also being overstimulated? Or is due to nerve damage?

    Does anyone even know?

    I had this, exactly what you described. I would try to have sexual intercourse, and my penis would never get erect; I would always go limp. I embraced NOFAP and started counting days. In 40 days, I managed to resolve my erectile dysfunction issue, and it was easy to fix. Now, I'm trying to address premature ejaculation, which is a bit too quick.
