This usually depends on the person. I am sure factors like how long and how often you have been PMOing. For me it probably took about a month and a half to two months. That was with hard mode and no sex until about that time frame. Hope this helps. Stay strong!
I apologize for taking so long to get back to you. The problems that I encountered with this issue, was that sometimes it was hard for me to O with my wife. Basically my wife would need to use death grip as well. It is better now. It is weird, I am more sensitive, but can actually last longer. It is a nice weird.
