i am suffering from zero erection and also no morning erection. I have masturbation addiction of 14 years used to fap daily basis. My age is 27... will NoFAP give me my lost stamina and strength ? And how many days it will take to be a normal man with natural sexual stamina .... sorry for my english... any successfull people please guide us .
 
Get a reasonable amount of time to start with. But I also think it’s important to change lifestyle, workout, eat healthy. Please also visit a specialist as they can check more specifically.

Nofap is a booster not a magic pill for every problem you have. Strength and stamina is build up by healthy habits and discipline. If you do nofap it helps to have extra energy and to be more disciplined. It's a feedback, discipline is nourished by nofap and the healthy discipline lifestyle makes nofap easier.

It depends on the amount of abuse and your natural energy levels but for what you say it looks like a long road probably a year or more.

Try and talk to a counsellor or a health professional. Other factors can contribute to this such as smoking. I’ve seen a video on someone having the same issue and took 2-3 months to get his erections back. When your erections come back save it for when your having sex, take this as a lesson and quit porn for good. We know you can do this.

Have you consulted with a doctor about your problem?

As mentioned above, nofap isn't magic. It's not going to fix your car and back issues and everything that's wrong with your health. If you feel weak and have no erections at all even in the morning, there might be something else worth taking a look at.

That doesn't mean you don't need to fix your addiction.

1 Year no PMO meaning:

No Porn
No Masturbation
No Orgasm

wow!!!! You 've lasted one year without orgasm???? No i dont think this is possoble for me. I feel I would feel totally dipressed, irritated and that my penis will totally shrink!

I just had my first streak of 33 days and I relapsed just today. I think for now the best deal for me would be just to keep away from porn and masturbation and eliminate orgasm only during sex.
