I realized that many of you use a day counter with the PMO acronym. In my understanding, no orgasm means no sex. Is that right? Are you, who use the "PMO" day counter, also abstaining from sexual intercourse? (Sorry for bad english. I'm Brazilian. Answer in portuguese if you can, I know there are some other BR's here).
From my understanding many are having sex if they have a partner while abstaining from the orgasm, so no release of the seed . However no masturbation , pornography , or orgasm what so ever !

Yes! No PMO means no P, or M, or O. The only exception is a wet dream because you are asleep - unconscious.
Me personally my situation is yes I am abstaining from sexual intercourse because I am still a virgin Religious purpose, and yes I do think about sex 24/7 but that's besides the point I swear if I was married I'd be asking for sex everyday. Just need a wife who is down with that haha (one can dream).
Yes, for me no Masturbation and no Orgasm means no masturbation and no orgasm, so no sex at all. That's the way I want to live. That's not easy at all, and I know that I won't really reach it, but I try hard to come closer to this.
Yes not creating sexual hormones and wiring in the brain. So yes no physical act of any kind and no allowing the mind to dwell on it neither ! Shock can cause heart attack in a second! A lustful thought entertained in the mind can do much too.
