Holy smokes! I never knew how strong the urge can be. I keep slipping due to this but i am getting better and better controlling myself. I don't have any physical relationship with any girl, I haven't for many years and this is making nofap harder than expected BUT the whole purpose with my nofap quest is to reboot and find a gf. Make a journal and write here everyday. Working our, meditation, staying busy etc can help too. Good luck!
