How to deal with urges?

    Any tips other than cold showers and exercise to deal with urges? as i already do both of these!

    I’m having some urges myself. I went and had some lunch and ran some errands just to stay out of the house and now I’m back in the house. I’m going to mediate and see if that helps. Maybe nap.
