Hi everyone, I need help because I can see that this issue is blocking me in my nofap journey and I'm scared it will one day cause me to relapse. Since I've started the journey (again), A particular and very specific image is stuck in my head, and it's getting worse and worse every day. The image is from a video, it's not disgutsting or weird but it turns me on very strongly. I've reaserched how to get the image out of your head and since I already have a little experience in meditation I tried to do as many advices say: accept the thought, without interacting with it or whatever, just letting it come and go. The problem is that this though, this image is stuck to my mind so strongly that when I try this technique, even very seriously, it just ends up turning me on. I am resisting the almost unbearable urges this thought gives me but I am afraid that my will cannot hold on forever. The worst is that this though is in my head at all times: even at school or when I'm outside or doing sports it just doesn't leave!
This feeling already happened to me a couple years back when I saw a really traumatising horror movie and it haunted my mind for days. However, the terror and fear it gave me just decreased as the days passed, and it was long gone after 3 or 4 days. The problem here is that this though is getting stronger and stronger every day. I do know that my mind is making this image more incredible than it actually is, because it is in fact just a pretty random porn scene. Maybe if I just very briefly watch the image to see that it's actually not so great, without M or O and not even with a full P because i would just be checking for like 10 seconds, it could help me get it out of my head. Should I do it?

Please help me and give me useful advice because I do't know how long I can fight off this though, and certainly not for an entire reboot cycle.
