I tried the whole going outside thing but, I just come back and do the deed.

I tried being mindful of the urge and focusing on something else didn't work.

    Any suggestions?

    Change your state.

Jump, scream, do some kind of intense workout, pushups, cold shower.

Try everything, I'm sure you'll find out what works for you.

Man its all in your hands (no pun intended).
You decide how many more hours you're gonna spend getting off to pixels and feeling like shit. It all your choice. If you want to watch porn so bad go ahead, no one is gonna stop you. Not your best friend not your parents not k9 not anybody. But ask yourself this. Do you really want to watch porn? Is that how you want to live your life?
You have potential man, everyone does. Its up to you to unleash it and be awesome, or to continue the self pity party and fap. I hope you can understand what i mean.
In a more practical note, understand that urges are just energy and tention. Transform that into progress. Worried bout an exam, want to fap? Go study for that exam, youre gonna feel like a beast when you pass. Feel like you can get a girl, want to fap? Go get that girl. And so on.

When the urge comes, promise yourself that it the urge is still there in 15 minutes then you'll act on it. Then do something for 15 minutes - listen to music, run, walk, exercise... Whatever you can do that is pleasurable for 15 minutes. The 15 minutes wait will calm your irrational brain down but it's enough time for your rational brain to overrule it. Most urges' don't actually last 15 minutes so there's a very good chance that it'll be gone by the time 15 minutes is over.
