How to make this distraction get away

    So guys, im currently still in days 2 like in my counter said, but 1 month ago i have achieve at last 2 week without PMO, and after that i starting to doing PMO regulary again, and my question is how to make this urge PMO get away.
    at that 2 week moment, which can be count as longest streak since 3 years ago, somehow i feel different, and my friend notice it too, they started talk that my eyes is brightener, and more people start to paying attention on me, like im no more invicible guys, even my anxiety still not get away, but the one iam notice is my friend in college start to make conversation on me.
    i know this PMO is rooting into the problem in my life, i cant sozialice, always alone or i cant hang out with friends because i feel shame or anxiety or both i dont know, i feel like better im staying in my room and not make socialize with my friends.
    and im really sure, if this PMO habit get away, every single thing in my life will being back to normal and better, i will not having anxiety when socialize, i will can make a gf, i can focusing on my study and for my future, but it is still hard for me, btw im 20 now, and i dont think i can waste anymore time with unproductive things like doing PMO, becasue somehow we need to fight back this habit and somehow we need to quit from this shit if we need to being the best version of ourself, but my rreal problem is like my unconcius mind is likely already plant that pmo is my habit and i cant kick it out
    can u guys help me solve this?

    Here's what I can share to you bro.. I hope at this point of time you already have established you reasons why your'e doing this,your current perspective about PMO and your goals, because this will be your foundation and this is what you will remind yourself when strong urges come and when you think of giving up. Also by this time you already have determined your triggers which you have to stay out of it during your recovery. We have to keep on investing more discipline in ourselves, a new mindset and a heart for a real change. lastly be patient for It takes time before you really get out of the cycle it would really depend how deep was your bondage in these addictions and how eager you are to be set free from it. Take small steps, everyday is a progress.
    So these things worked for me ,We have the same struggles but different situations so It might or might not work for you. By the way accountability is very important find an AP or group where you can be accountable on your daily struggles and success, encourage one another for It's hard to walk alone on this issues.
