    Hey,
I am probably not the only one how experienced bad feelings like stress, sadness and lack of motivation. How you are dealing with it? Do you have substitutes for PMO?

I was also playing video games excessively, watching TV series or eating sweets, which are the same things keeping you in insta-gratification vicious circle. When I try to drop them all after few days I feel so bad that I let one of those things back in my life. And afterwards we have waterfall effect, everything is collapsing.

  2. You are absolutely right -- you are not alone! Did the beginning of PMO for you happen in response to something? This can be anything from a messed up home life to simply dealing with loneliness. Maybe it was just curiosity. Whatever the reason, we are here to support you :) Perhaps the Self Improvement forum will be of interest of you. Many users in the Lonliness forum talk about these same issues as well.
Welcome to NoFap and good luck!

Nope, not by a long shot. But I think it's what we do when we're feeling that way that really determines how successful we are. I really struggle with motivation issues around days 7-10 and my mind tries to justify a relapse. Focusing only on taking things out of your life feels pretty negative.

What helps me is drawing up a timesheet (just a to-do list with times attached) before each day, and making myself stick to it. The idea is to fill up your time with things that will bring you real satisfaction and enrich your life. Then, before I go to sleep, I can read over what I accomplished that day and encourage myself. This helped me focus on what I'm heading towards, not what I'm turning away from. I hope you find whatever works for you!
