I relapsed pretty hard today/this week and feel pretty fried/aimless. I want to quickly "reset" and basically resume normal mindset really fast, like today in the next hour. I'm planning on taking a shower then cleaning up my apartment while listening to music. It's hard to... push myself to do that as there is a lot to clean. I also need to eat but I'm having trouble forcing myself to start preparing food. How do you guys try to quickly recover after a binge?
