You can read, you can write, you can use the internet. Try to be creative and find something constructive you care about. Try to get an online job of sorts.

Find someone you can help in a situation where you can either develop some of your potential or honing your existing skill, simultaneously.

my dad is also recently bedbound due to spinal injury. he was also complaining about depression and boredom. reading and watching TV are still rather passive and will eventually be a little boring. try some hobby or something interactive. my dad seems to like to play chinese chess with either AI or other human player online. perhaps you can try too.

Work online and play some video games. That should help your condition.

Sometimes it seems like there is nothing to do in our lives, but there should be better things to do than watching those videos. Well, "sometimes it is easy to say but difficult to execute". That's what I thought when my psychiatrist asked me to get a life. I got frustrated because I honestly had no idea what I wanna do in my life. However, I soon realized that it was just a "defense" mechanism. Deep in my heart, I know I don't want to change because PMO and masturbation provide me huge pleasure which I couldn't find in other places. I was avoiding to confront the fact that I was an addict and I couldn't help myself to get rid of PMO.

Buddy, there are lots of things to do in life. Start to take a little walk, and then develop it to jog. Start to cook yourself a lunch, and when your skills are developed, start to cook yourself and your friends dinners. Think about what you do every day and start to improve them. All of us are here to support you!!!!

    Good luck!
