How to stop fantasizing...

Hey members,

Been on a 98 streak now and I have a huge problem which is affecting me with women.

I’ve found myself obsessing/fantasizing over different women and I need strategies to help prevent myself from thinking about this

Since I believe my brain is still going through somewhat of a reboot due to me having 5 plus years of watch history with porn. This could of habit on my sense.

This will help not think of women as objects and more as just people.

If you need clarification on when exactly it happens or when it comes up. I am more then happy to provide.
