Humming Meditation

    I have good news for you fapstronauts, who've always known in their hearts that meditation is one of the most important things one can do, but seemed never to really start doing it. I read about the benefits of humming tonight on the web, and I did like a 40 minute humming meditation where the experience was intense once I got quiet for a minute or two. The other day I just hummed for 5 minutes and when I went out of the house I felt a very intense aliveness, the sun's warmth, the wind... It was amazing.
    My last streaks have taught me that without meditation, we become very restless and agitated while on nofap. Nofap is difficult without meditation. Meditation is not something just designed for monks living in secclusion somewhere on the Tibetan mountains.
    I remember one of my own statements that I once wrote on facebook (when I had account): The best measure of anyone is the ease with which she/he meditates.
    I suggest you fapstronauts try humming meditation for like 5-10 mintues. You should also read about it to see what it will do. Meditation itself becomes easy too once you've hummed for a while, as the intensity of your presence and the more quiet mind, along with the other effects pave the way for you to your higher self.
    (Also not to mention, it will make your nofappening seem effortless. You do appreciate the virtues you need on your nofap journey when you are not devoured by restlessness)

    thanks, I´m new here, first day. I´ve realized that when I stopped the meditation the anxiety just exploted and the fapping became the relief. I´ll try the 30 day nofap challenge, and just wanted to tell you that I´m going to use the meditation as a tool. The information you are giving us is amassing, and it really helps. Thank you

    yes, you become too agitated as a result of the build up on your nofap journey to appreciate nofap. Meditation is key! Also, I've read on nofap posts that nofap+meditation+physical exercise= god mode!
