I’m a bit worried

I’m on day 47 hard mode and it’s my first streak ever. I was sick of having PIED when with women and hoping this would help me. In the first week I had morning wood and had a wet dream on day 15 but since then I haven’t really had anything. I’m kind of scared like I have no feeling down there and what would happen if I had a chance with a girl again. I don’t know what to do, i can’t even remember the last time I had a proper erection, is this normal or does anyone have any advice? Thank you
